California Attorney General Rob Bonta is seeking over $25 million in fines and a permanent gag order against pro-life organizations Heartbeat International and RealOptions for their speech about Abortion Pill Reversal (APR). After a six-week trial, the Attorney General could not name any women harmed by the APR information provided by these groups, which they offer free of charge as part of their faith-based mission, and a decision is expected within 90 days.
